is a sophomore in Columbia College ('23) and plans on majoring in Environmental Biology. He is interested in the applications of bioprospecting and its potential to solve leading public health issues. After graduating, he plans on pursuing a PhD in Microbiology and living in a research lab. Outside of science, he is a bass clarinetist for Columbia Pops and Columbia Wind Ensemble and is a board member for the Vietnamese Students Association. He also enjoys hiking, eating cheesecake, and admiring pictures of filamentous fungi.
